Individual therapy
A supportive space to explore your emotions, relationships, and experiences. Together, we can look at anxiety, emotional regulation, and patterns that may be affecting your well-being.

A WARM WELCOME
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
We can simply begin where you are.

01 / GET TO KNOW ME
I believe therapy should feel warm, safe, and human—a space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what you are going through without judgment.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Balamand.
Throughout my training and professional experience, I have worked in clinical, educational, and community settings, including psychiatric departments, inclusive schools, autism support, and programs supporting children and families.
These experiences have shaped the way I work today: with empathy and a strong belief in seeing the person beyond the diagnosis.
02 / HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU
Every person brings a different story.
There is space for yours.
A supportive space to explore your emotions, relationships, and experiences. Together, we can look at anxiety, emotional regulation, and patterns that may be affecting your well-being.
A warm space that considers the child as a whole—their emotions, family, school environment, relationships, and individual needs—with support for anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioural concerns.
Sessions are online. For session details and fees, please contact me.
03 / MY APPROACH
A little space. A new perspective.
You do not need to know exactly what to say. We begin with what feels important to you, wherever you are today.
For me, therapy is a collaborative process. It is a space to better understand yourself, your emotions, your relationships, and the patterns that may be affecting your well-being.
Therapy is not about having all the answers. It is about having a space to explore, understand, grow, and move forward at your own pace.
SEEING THE WHOLE CHILD
A large part of my experience has been centered around children and young people. I have worked with children with special educational needs, children on the autism spectrum, and within inclusive educational settings.
When working with younger clients, I believe it is important to understand their world—not only what happens in a session, but their family, school, relationships, and individual needs.
04 / A FEW THINGS YOU MAY WONDER
You do not need to prepare the perfect words or have everything figured out. We can begin with what you are going through and explore it together, at your pace.
I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, and child therapy for children aged five and above. You can contact me to discuss whether my support is a good fit for you or your child.

The pre-session questionnaire is a first step before requesting an appointment. You can open it to review the questions, or skip it and contact me directly if you prefer.
Select “Take the first step” to find the questionnaire and WhatsApp contact options. After completing the form, return here to contact me and discuss an appointment. Submitting the questionnaire does not confirm a booking.
